Niagara Hartland RV Resort Rules and Regulations

1. Site reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Pay at Registration. Equipment left after reservation time will be removed at the owner’s expense.

2. No refunds for camping permits allowed unless a cancellation notice in writing and camper’s copy of permit are received by the office at least 4 days prior to the beginning of the reservation.

3. No permits will be issued to anyone under 18. No one under 18 will be permitted to camp unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.

4. Renewals- Renew site by 10AM or leave by 12Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS

5. Check out—12 Noon of ending day. Extensions may be requested for a partial fee. Payment for extra day may be assessed to campers who stay late unless previously arranged.

6. VISITORS will be charged $1 each daily until 9 PM. Overnight visitors will be charged $3 each. Visitors on the grounds after 9 PM will be charged the overnight fee. Residents are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must use visitor’s parking spaces.

7. SPEED LIMIT: 5MPH. Excessive Speeders will be asked to leave the campground. No loud mufflers or noisy vehicles.

8. No motorized bikes, three wheelers, boats, etc., no trailers, boats, dolly’s, motorcycles, on lots. One auto per lot is allowed. (Storage area is available).

9. Sites are to be maintained neatly, no littering, no destruction of property. Garbage must be bagged properly before placing in dumpster.

10. Campers are responsible for their own lawns and grounds unless previously arranged. Mowing costs $7.00 per cut, trimming $5.00 per cut.

11. No sheds or additions unless approved by management. Only Sheds 8’X8’ unless previously approved..

12. Please respect the rights of other campers. DO NOT WALK THROUGH OTHER CAMPERS LOTS---USE THE ROADS OR WALKWAYS. Do not roam through campsites at night.

13. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM To 8AM.

14. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children. For their safety, please do not let them run through the campsites. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please accompany small children to restrooms. Be sure they understand campground rules.

15. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, or use of drugs will not be tolerated.

16. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Animals are not to be loose anywhere on the property. OWNERS MUST PICK UP ALL PET DROPPINGS. Absolutely no pets in buildings. No leash over 10 feet allowed. No Pit bulls, Rotweilers, or Dobermans.

17. Children are to be supervised around water at all times.

18. No firearms or fireworks of any kind are allowed.

19. Fishing is allowed by licensed campers during legal season. Canoes and artificial lures ONLY. No fishing line is to be left on the grounds—please dispose of it in trash receptacles. No fishing off of private sites. Fishing is Catch and Release. Visitors may not fish.

20. No car/van/trailer washing without PRE-PAYMENT AT OFFICE. No watering lawns.

21. No washers or dryers. No hanging of clothes on campsites. No electric appliances or riding machines. $2 AC/Heat, Elec., Hot Water.

22. Fires are allowed in fireplaces provided. No cutting of trees or lumber. Flame limited to 8" in height.

23. Campground or management is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature.

24. It is agreed that the park owners and management have the right and authority to enforce all rules, regulations, and if necessary, remove the guest from the park at the guest expense so as to ensure the safety and rights of the other guests. It is not implied or guaranteed that a stay with us is considered a long-term agreement. Either party may terminate the occupancy of a guest at any time. All refunds will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. All refunds will be assessed by the use of the posted daily rate in office for days used during your stay. Any refund over $50.00 will be processed within 30 days of termination.

25. Exception to any rule or regulation will be based upon the owners and management discretion.

26. At the discretion of the park owners and management a daily rate may be discounted if the deposit and payment schedules are met.
